How to Create a Contact in MindBody Using SYNX

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a contact in MindBody using SYNX and integrate it seamlessly with your automation processes. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth setup.


Step 1: Connect Your Accounts

  1. Ensure your MindBody and SYNX accounts are connected.

    • Navigate to the Add Connection section.

    • Select the option for SYNX to MindBody.


Step 2: Set Up Contact Creation

  1. Choose the Contact-Creation feature.

  2. Select Create Contact in MBO (MindBody Environment).

    • You can name this step based on your preferences for easier identification.

  3. Choose your specific MindBody account.

  4. Click Next and then Done to finalize the setup.


Step 3: Create a New Connection

  1. In SYNX, navigate to New Connections.

  2. Click on Create Connection.

  3. Copy the Webhook URL provided in this step.


Step 4: Configure Automation in Go High Level

  1. Open your Go High Level account.

  2. Locate the automation workflow that adds contacts to SYNX.

  3. Select the workflow and identify where you need to integrate the webhook:

    • If your workflow uses custom variables, ensure the value is updated accordingly.

  4. Paste the copied Webhook URL into the designated field.

  5. Save the action and then click Save to apply the changes.


Step 5: Verify the Integration

  1. Double-check that the contact creation process is functional:

    • Ensure data is being sent and received correctly between MindBody and SYNX.

  2. Test the automation to confirm the contacts are syncing as expected.
