Sending Data from Mariana Tek to GoHighLevel

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Mariana Tek with GoHighLevel to seamlessly transfer data.

Step 1: Add a New Connection

  1. Log in to your SYNX accounts.

  2. Navigate to Add Connection.

  3. Select Mariana Tek to GoHighLevel.

  4. A new screen will open—enter a name for the connection (e.g., MT to GHL).

  5. Select your Mariana Tek account and click Next.

  6. Select your GoHighLevel account and proceed.


Step 2: Configure Data Syncing

1. Class Connection

  1. Click Manage, then Add Connection.

  2. This will pull all available calendars from GoHighLevel.

  3. Select the class you want to link from Mariana Tek (e.g., Hot Yoga).

  4. Optionally, add tags such as:

    • First Reservation

    • First Time at Location

    • Class Pass Reservation

    • Membership Payment

    • Signature Needed

    These tags are recommended to track a leads progress through their bookings.

  5. Click Save and Continue.


2. Booking and Cancellation

  1. Select Booking and Cancellation.

  2. If multiple calendars are available, connect them as needed.

  3. Click Save and Continue.


3. Client Creation

  1. Select the field to push the Client ID into GoHighLevel.

  2. Add a tag such as New Client Account Created.

  3. Click Activate, then Save and Continue.


4. Membership Purchase

  1. Select Membership Name and Membership Status (custom fields in GHL).

  2. Add the Membership Purchase tag.

  3. For example, tag it as New Membership Activated.

  4. Click Activate, then Save and Continue.


5. Membership Freeze

  1. Add the Membership Frozen tag.

  2. Click Activate, then Save and Continue.


6. Client Sale (Purchases)

  1. Sync the following fields:

    • Item Amount (e.g., price of product or service)

    • Item Name (e.g., product name)

    • Item Type (e.g., credits, membership)

  2. Enable Create Invoice (optional).

  3. This will generate invoices in GoHighLevel, providing a running total of all purchases.

  4. Click Activate, then Save and Continue.


7. Client Update

  1. Click Activate to ensure updated client details (e.g., name, phone, email) sync from Mariana Tek to GoHighLevel.

  2. Click Save and Continue.


8. Membership Cancellation

  1. Add the Membership Canceled tag.

  2. Click Activate, then Save and Continue.


Step 3: Finalizing the Setup

  1. Click Next.

  2. Under Update Custom Fields, select your GoHighLevel account.

  3. Sync the Client ID field.

  4. Click Save and Continue.

  5. Click Next again.


Step 4: Add Custom Tags for Attendance Tracking

  1. Click EditManage GoHighLevel Tags.

  2. Select the GoHighLevel account.

  3. Add tags such as:

    • Showed

    • No Showed

    • Calendar Type (e.g., Hot Yoga)

  4. Click Save and Continue.


Step 5: Verify and Activate the Connection

  1. Review all settings.

  2. Click Save to finalize the integration.

  3. Your Mariana Tek account is now successfully connected to GoHighLevel.


Additional Features

  • Automatic Attendance Tracking: Check reports for booked, confirmed, canceled, and no-show appointments.

  • Automations Based on Attendance: Use tracking data to trigger custom workflows.

  • Invoice Reference Matching: Invoices generated in GoHighLevel will reference those from Mariana Tek.

Your integration is now complete, and data will flow seamlessly from Mariana Tek to GoHighLevel!
