This is a list of error codes, their meanings and how to resolve the errors.

Code 5001,

msg: Some internal error occurred in the server,

fix: Contact support,

Code 5002,

msg: Cannot connect to the database. Network or access issue,

fix: Contact support,

Code 5003,

msg: Duplicate value is passed through the webhook,

fix: Verify if the data sent to the webhook has already been accomplished in another transaction,

Code 5004,

msg: Cannot insert/update data into the database,

fix: Contact support,

Code 5005,

msg: Mindbody staff token generation failed,

fix: Kindly re-integrate your mindbody account. If problem still exists, contact support

Code 5006,

msg: Old event (un-supported). Transaction not updated,

fix: Kindly re-integrate your mindbody account. If problem still exists, contact support



Class Bookings:

Code: 1001

name: NO_CLIENT_FOUND_IN_MINDBODY,

detail: Client not found in mindbody,

fix: Try performing sync method / add client manually and restart the transaction

Code 1002

name: MINDBODY_AUTHORIZATION_FAILED,

detail: Authorization failed in mindbody due to wrong staff token,

fix: Try restarting the transaction. If error still occurs, kindly re-integrate your account or contact support

Code 1003

name: CLASSBOOKING_DATA_FETCH_FAILED,

detail: Cannot get required class booking data from the webhook,

fix: Verify if the class is available for the given date & time and restart the transaction

Code 1004

name: MULTIPLE_CLASSES_AVAILABLE,

detail: Ambiguity in class identification (caused due to same timings of multiple classes

fix: Verify if multiple classes with same class name present at the same time or not. If yes, kindly change the name or delete a duplicate class

Code 1005

name: NO_CLASS_AVAILABLE,

detail: No class found in mindbody,

fix: Verify if class available for the given time or not

Code 1006:

name: CLASS_ID_RETRIEVE_FAILED,

detail: Cannot fetch required class id,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem exists, contact support

Code 1007:

name: CLASSBOOKING_ADD_FAILED_IN_MINDBODY,

detail: Class booking failed in mindbody for the given client,

fix: Go through the error message generated by mindbody. Contact support with the same

Code 1008:

name: INVALID_CALENDAR,

detail: Calendar not set correctly,

fix: Verify if calendar is active in GoHighLevel or not. Relink the calendar for the given class/appointment

Code 1009:

name: CONTACT_UPDATE_FAILED,

detail: Failed to update contact details in Go High Level,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, contact support

Code 1010:

name: CLASSBOOKING_ADD_FAILED_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL,

detail: Class booking failed in Go High Level for the given client,

fix: Go through the error message generated by mindbody. Contact support with the same

Code 1011:

name: CLIENT_TAGS_FETCH_FAILED,

detail: Failed to retrieve client tags from goHighLevel and database,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, re-integrate your GoHighLevel account

Code 1012:

name: CLIENT_ID_FIELD_NOT_AVAILABLE,

detail: ClientId custom field is not set correctly,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, re-integrate your GoHighLevel account

Code 1013:

name: CALENDAR_TAGS_FETCH_FAILED,

detail: Failed to retrieve calendar tags from the database,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, re-integrate your GoHighLevel account

Code 1014:

name: CONTACT_ADD_FAILED,

detail: Failed to create new contact in goHighLevel while booking class,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, re-integrate your GoHighLevel account

Code 1015:

name: CALENDAR_NOT_AVAILABLE,

detail: No calendar found for the given class,

fix: Verify if calendar is active in GoHighLevel or not. Relink the calendar for the given class/appointment

Code 1016:

name: CONTACT_CREATE_WEBHOOK_INACTIVE,

detail: Cannot create new contact in Mindbody while booking,

fix: Make a connection for contact create event from GoHighLevel to Mindbody and restart the transaction

Code 1017:

name: CONTACT_ADD_FAILED,

detail: Failed to create new contact in mindbody while booking class,

fix: Restart the transaction. If problem persists, re-integrate your Mindbody account

Code 1018:

name: CLASS_CANCEL_FAILED_IN_MINDBODY,

detail: Class cancel failed in mindbody for the given client,

fix: Go through the error message generated by mindbody. Contact support with the same

Code 1019:

name: NO_BOOKED_CLASS_FOUND_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL,

detail: Class cancel failed in gohighlevel for the given client,

fix: No booked class found in goHighLevel. Kindly recheck if there's any active bookings

Code 1020:

name: FAILED_TO_RETRIEVE_CLASSDETAILS_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL,

detail: Class cancel failed in gohighlevel since class details retrieve failed,

fix: Recheck your account integration. Contact support if problem still exists

Client Created:

Code 2001:

name: INVALID_USERID,

detail: Unauthorised access of the webhook

Code 2002:

name: CLIENT_ID_UPDATE_FAILED,

detail: ClientId update in contact details of GoHighLevel failed

Code 2003:

name: CLIENT_ADD_IN_MINDBODY_FAILED,

detail: Failed to add client in mindbody

Code 2004:

name: INVALID_GOHIGHLEVEL_API_KEY,

detail: Invalid GoHighLevel API Key is used

Code 2005:

name: CLIENT_ADD_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL_FAILED,

detail: Failed to add client in GoHighLevel

Code 2006:

name: CLIENT_ID_FIELD_NOT_AVAILABLE,

detail: ClientId custom field is not set correctly

Code 2007:

name: CLIENT_TAG_RETRIEVE_FAILED,

detail: Failed to retrieve custom client tag

Code 3001:

detail: Failed to update contact details in Go High Level

Code 3002:

name: CLIENT_ID_FIELD_NOT_AVAILABLE,

detail: ClientId custom field is not set correctly

Code 3013:

name: CALENDAR_TAGS_FETCH_FAILED,

detail: Failed to retrieve calendar tags from the database

Code 3014:

name: CONTACT_ADD_FAILED,

detail: Failed to create new contact in goHighLevel while booking class

Code 3015:

name: CALENDAR_NOT_AVAILABLE,

detail: No calendar found for the given class

Code 3016:

name: APPOINTMENT_NOT_FOUND,

detail: Appointment not found in your database (appointment should be booked before via the webhook)

Code 3017:

name: APPOINTMENT_NOT_FOUND_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL,

detail: Appointment not found in your Go High Level account

Code 3018:

name: ERROR_IN_RETREIVING_APPOINTMENTS,

detail: Appointment fetch failed from Go High Level account

Code 3019:

name: FAILED_TO_CANCEL_APPOINTMENT_IN_MINDBODY,

detail: Appointment cancellation failed from Go High Level to Mindbody. Check the error message and contact support

Code 3020:

name: CONTACT_NOT_FOUND_IN_GOHIGHLEVEL,

detail: Cancellation failed due to contact unavailable in Go High Level account
